Ms Ritu Khaneja is an experienced Dietitian & Holistic Nutritionist based out of New Delhi. She has been a published author and has written for brands like NDTV, TOI, PINKVILLA, DNA, HT CITY to name a few. She holds a demonstrated history of working in the Health, Wellness & Fitness Industry. RightKcalories was started by Ritu in 2017 with the sole purpose of providing accurate information about lifestyle disorders to the masses As she believes one can only prevent it if he/she is well aware of it in advance.
After working in renowned wellness centres as a professional Nutritionist & Dietitian, Ritu gained experience in the field and started her journey with RightKcalories and improved the health and nutritional status of over 3000 plus clients.
She trains her clients to eat intuitively, select healthy options, and enjoy all types of food items in moderation and work on their bodies not against them. She helps people improve their relationship with food and give up bad eating patterns, so they can focus on nurturing their bodies without the need to count each calorie.

Instead of categorising clients obese or emanciated, she analyses the lifestyle of the patient, their psychology, work patterns, fatigue and stress and then craft a specific overall plan based on your likes and lifestyle (allergies too). Plus, you won’t just go home with a prescription—you’ll have guidance from start to finish. “It’s like having a food trainer instead of a personal trainer—your exclusive personal food coach to give you a gentle butt-kicking taking into consideration your metabolism, medical history and food habits.”Not only she drafts the perfect plan but she herself ensures each diet plan is well customised and properly implemented for the particular client. She has worked with esteemed wellness centres as a professional dietician and wellness counsellor . Her area of expertise is multifold including advanced clinical nutrition, diabetes mellitus, child care nutrition, PCOD/PCOS and post pregnancy diets etc.
